This Track Riser and Speed Reducer combo provides a method to raise the marbles directly after the booster as well as slow them so they settle nicely back onto the track so they can continue racing. This solution works very similar to our Big Booster but is more flexible. It allows a person to determine the height to raise the marbles by placing as many single track sections between the Track Riser and Speed Reducer. 2 straight track sections raise the marbles approx. 17" and 3 track sections up to 24".
This set comes with the following Pieces:
* 1 - Track Riser - (flexible track with 2 side rails)
* 1 - Speed Reducer - (DIY kit with 23 wood pieces, plastic 1-way trap door, 3 plastic and felt gates and 1 foam rubber base where the marbles fall onto the exit track)
* 3 - Clear Plastic track covers plus supports - (keeps the marbles from coming off the track)
Features:
* Clear plastic covers to keep the marbles on the track after the booster
* One-way trap door (allows marbles to enter the Speed Reducer but prevents them from bouncing back down the entrance)
* 3 speed reducing gates (flaps of plastic and felt)
* Foam rubber landing pad (softens the landing of the marbles and reduces the noise on the exit track)
* Rear section of the speed reducer is removable for maintenance.
* Gate system is modular so you can remove it and update or make changes to the materials used to slow the marbles)
* Support clips connect directly to this system. Use standard MARBLTRAK supports to elevate this set.
This add-on kit can be used with all MARBLTRAK modular racing systems.

THIS SUPPORT WILL ARRIVE UNASSEMBLED. Wood glue or CA glue is required to assemble this kit.
THE CLEAR SIDE IS FOR PICTURES ONLY. Both sides will be made of MDF wood.
BOOSTER and SUPPORTS SHOWN IN PICTURES ARE NOT INCLUDED. They are sold separately.
